After the assessment process, we present you with a shortlist of four to six of the most suitable candidates, providing detailed profiles, resumes, and skills assessment summaries of each candidate that highlight their strengths, opportunities, and potential for success in the role.

Client Interviews
From here, we coordinate and schedule interviews between your team and selected candidates. We also assist in preparing interview questions and providing interview feedback to both parties.

Phase 4 – Placement

The strong personal relationships we build with each candidate are the foundation to guiding you through crafting a mutually acceptable offer. We continue this personalized support through the final steps of the onboarding process to ensure the transition flows seamlessly and without complication.

Offer Negotiation
This is the most delicate phase in the hiring process. We guide you through negotiating an offer package, including salary, benefits, and other terms. We are an intermediary between you and the candidate to ensure a mutually acceptable (and exciting) outcome.

Candidate Pre-Boarding
After our offer is accepted, our team stays in touch with your hire, answering questions and providing support where needed. We navigate any bumps in the road so you don’t have to, ensuring the success and longevity of your new executive.

Follow-up & Guarantee Period
You have an option for us to provide 6 months of custom Executive Coaching where we continue to assess and monitor the executive's performance and address any concerns that may arise.
